Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

 

Production & Ready-to-Ship:

Our handmade jewellery is created and usually ready to ship within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise specified or communicated. Orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: When available, we use Canada Post letter mail and reduce our shipping rates accordingly.

• Tracked Shipping: When Canada Post letter mail is unavailable or inconsistent, all orders are shipped with tracking.

Local Pick-Up:

Customers in the Calgary area may choose to pick up their purchases directly from our studio in SE Calgary, AB, Canada. Once your order is confirmed, we will email you detailed pick-up instructions.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an item is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to have it re-sent.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery:

• Canada: Estimated 2–7 business days from the date of shipping. Rural or remote locations may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

• USA & EU: We currently do not ship to the USA or European Union.

Made-to-Order & Limited Items:

Our products are handmade, made-to-order, and available in limited quantities. If an item or any part of an item is unavailable, or we are unable to complete your order exactly as requested, we may create it using similar available materials to achieve a comparable design.
